At 9:55 PM the West Chester Borough Fire Department, Good Fellowship Ambulance & EMS Training Institute and West Chester Borough Police Department were dispatched to the Hotel Warner, 120 North High Street, West Chester Borough for a reported gas leak inside the property. Volunteers arrived at the scene and investigated the report locating the source as a gas fire place in the building. All units cleared the scene at 10:12 PM
