This evening WCFD volunteers gathered at Station 51 for monthly officer development training. This is a two part training on Managing Conflict that will continue in October.
The first Tuesday of every month all West Chester Firefighters have the opportunity to hone their leadership skills in our Officer Development Series of trainings.
