West Chester Borough, PA - September 4, 2021

At 12:03 AM, the West Chester Fire Department along with Good Fellowship Ambulance & EMS Training Institute, West Whiteland Fire Company and Goshen Fire Company were dispatched to the Metropolitan Apartments, 300 block of East Marshall Street, West Chester Borough for a report of smoke inside the building.

A smoke condition was located inside when crews arrived. The source was found to be a pot left on the stove inside an apartment. Crews ventilated the smoke condition and cleared.
