West Chester Borough, PA - April 29, 2023

On Saturday Morning our volunteers teamed up with the American Red Cross Southeastern Pennsylvania team and community volunteers to host the “Sound the Alarm” event in West Chester Borough.

At the end of the event, 88 smoke detectors were installed in homes in the borough. This also brought a great opportunity to meet our community to discuss fire and emergency safety along with just saying hello.

Thank you to the American Red Cross Staff and all the volunteers who made this event successful! Special shout-out to WCFD Firefighter McClausland for organizing and working to bring the event to West Chester.
