East Bradford Township, PA - January 29, 2023

At approximately 5:17 PM the WCFD along with Good Fellowship Ambulance & EMS Training Institute and West Chester Borough Police Department were dispatched to the 700 block of Hillsdale Road, East Bradford Township, for a reported Chimney Fire.

Volunteers arrived and found a fire that was contained to the fireplace. Crews checked the chimney from the roof top and found creosote had burned in the upper section of the chimney.

The remaining area of the home was checked and no hazards were found.

All units cleared the scene at 5:43 PM.
