Water Rescue
WCFD, August 07
Water rescue technicians just returned from providing mutual aide assistance to Po-Mar-Lin Fire Company, Kennett Fire Co. Station 24, and Concordville Fire & Protective Association. In Delaware County, Boat 53-2 rescued a motorist that had their vehicle swept away in flooded waters. The occupant was found clinging to their flipped over vehicle several hundred yards downstream. Crews Make Quick Work of Mid-Morning Fire
WCFD, July 09
At 09:10 am, Chester County 911 received a call for a roof on fire in the 400 block of N Everhart Street in West Chester Borough. West Chester Police arrived in the area and updated the location to Hannum Gardens on Downingtown Pike, reporting a fire in a second floor bathroom.
Assistant 52 arrived and reported smoke showing from the roof of a two story town home. A working fire dispatch was requested. ... (Full Story & Photos)

RIT response to West Whiteland
WCFD, March 01
On Sunday evening 3/1/20 Station 51 was dispatched as the Rapid Intervention Team to assist Station 6 on working dwelling fire in West Whiteland Township. Engine 51-2, Squad 51 and Assistant 51 made the response.
Assistant 51 assisted with fire ground operations while the squad and engine crews established RIT on side A and C of the fire building. 51 crews later assisted with overhaul operations.... (Full Story & Photos)
